We have 12 hectares planted to date with further expansion due in the short term. Our varieties include a small portion of Skelton’s Y368 with the vast majority of the planting being Ac171.76. Our climatic conditions and location afford us the opportunity to harvest high Dry Matter fruit in the mid-February.
Our approach to growing is based around constantly improving soil health through mulching and compost, and creating an environment conducive to plant health. Bees are crucial to pollination and our thick swath of white clover ensures that they are well fed during this time.
We are a Global Gap registered producer and in the process of doing our SIZA certification.
